To measure relief: put neck rest at 5th fret, lay a straight edge over all frets, measure at 7th fret with a feeler gauge.

To measure action: fret at 1st fret, measure at 12th fret the distance from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string.

To measure pickup height: fret the last fret on the lowest string, measure from the pole piece to the bottom of the string. Repeat for highest string.
